What is the delay with the state funding 55 percent of the cost of public education? This mandate was, I believe, passed by the people of this state in a June 2004 referendum, but 10 years later, it still hasn’t happened.
Doesn’t the people’s will count when passing a referendum? We are purported to be living in a democracy. What happened to that?
