“Deck the Walls,” an exhibit featuring the works of 15 artists from Yes Art Works, is being displayed at Cia Café on Ocean Street in South Portland through Dec. 31.

The exhibit offers a wide range of art, from paintings and wall hangings to ceramics, soft sculptures, fiber art and greeting cards. Chris Honess’ popular “I Am the Manicotti” and “Eat Pizza Not Rocks” T-shirts will also will be available to purchase.

Other artists represented in the show include John Braiser, author of the “Arrow Collection.”

Cia, which stands for coffee, ice cream and art and is pronounced “see-ya,” opened in 2013 in the Knightville neighborhood.

Owner Jeannie Dunnigan, also an artist, decided to feature Yes Art Works after a recent tour of the Saco collective’s studio. “I was inspired and impressed with everything,” Dunnigan said in a press release about the exhibit. “I got to see art being created and was lucky enough to meet the artists and see how it is presented. I look forward to sharing Yes Art Works with all of my guests at Cia.”

The exhibit will also feature bookshelves from Maine WoodWorks, a furniture shop operated by Creative Work Systems, which builds stylish, durable and affordable hardwood furniture and offers opportunities for job training for people with disabilities. Yes Art Works, part of Creative Works Systems, provides artistic experiences and opportunities to individuals with disabilities.
