Circumstances of their arrest and where it took place in Buxton were not available this morning.

Pinkham was charged with receiving stolen property, a Class B felony, because the stolen property included a firearm, according to York County Chief Deputy Bill King.

Cook was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person; she has previous felony convictions.

Both mother and son were taken to York County Jail in Alfred, where each of them were being held on $25,000 cash bail.
