HIRAM — Abby Dubois scored a game-high 16 points as visiting Old Orchard Beach stayed undefeated with a 50-22 victory over Sacopee Valley in a WMC Class C girls basketball game on Friday night.
Lauralee Small added 11 points for the Seagulls (2-0).
Helen Ruhlin led the Hawks (1-2) with seven points.
The Seagulls return to action on Monday, when they travel to Yarmouth to take on North Yarmouth Academy.

BIDDEFORD 57, MASSABESIC 53
WATERBORO — After going winless through all of last season, the Biddeford boys basketball team needed just three games this year to get their first victory. It wasn’t easy, however, as the Tigers (1-2) had to battle back from a halftime deficit to beat host Massabesic (0-2) 57-53 on Friday.
Biddeford trailed 33-22 at the half, but was able to rally to get head coach Justin Tardif his first coaching win in his second season with the team.
