GORHAM — Marcus D’Andrea scored 18 points, Kevin Weisser added 16 and Windham used a huge third quarter to pull away to a 71-53 victory over Sanford on Wednesday night in a boys’ basketball game at Gorham High School.

The game was moved from Windham High, where facilities were shut down for the third straight day in the wake of threatening emails sent to officials.

Weisser scored 11 points and D’Andrea had 10 in the third quarter when the Eagles (3-1) outscored Sanford 27-4 for a 59-34 lead.

Ryan Gorman added 12 points on four 3-pointers for Windham (3-1).

Connor Yuill scored 10 points for Sanford (0-4).

SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 50, PINE TREE ACADEMY 38: Tim Yeaton had 20 points and 14 rebounds as the Guardians (3-1) held off the Breakers (1-3) at Freeport.

Isaac LaCroix scored 12 points and Sky Archer added six points and seven boards for Seacoast.

Chris Wilday scored 20 points for Pine Tree.

HYDE 61, TEMPLE ACADEMY 30: Antoine Montgomery and Noah Horning each scored 14 points for the Phoenix (3-0) at Bath.

GIRLS’ BASKETBALL

WESTBROOK 41, SCARBOROUGH 39: The Blue Blazes (3-1) used a full-court press and a 21-9 fourth-quarter outburst to rally past the Red Storm (3-1) at Westbrook.

Scarborough led after 30-20 after three quarters.

Alisha Aube scored 20 points for Westbrook. Brooke Malone had 15 for Scarborough.

HYDE 43, TEMPLE ACADEMY 29: Lilli Allen scored 19 points, Kristine Bailey had 10 and the Phoenix (3-0) won at Bath.

BOYS’ HOCKEY

WINDHAM 5, POLAND/GRAY-NG/OAK HILL 3: Tyler Johnson had two goals and three assists, and the Eagles (2-0-1) used four goals in the third period to rally past Poland/Gray-New Gloucester/Oak Hill (1-2) at Gorham.

Johnson’s goals at 7:58 of the second and 2:50 of the third tied it at 2.

Ethan Cailler put Poland/GNG/Oak Hill ahead 3-2 on his second goal of the game two minutes later, but Drew Bernier, Zack Callahan and Keegan Pock scored in a span of 1:23 to lift the Eagles.

BIDDEFORD 3, SCARBOROUGH 1: The Tigers (2-1) took an early lead and held on to defeat the Red Storm (2-2) at Saco.

Kerry Crepeau scored for Biddeford just 1:14 into the first period. Tyler Bellerose increased the lead to 2-0 at 6:24 of the third period before Shawn McGovern countered just 28 seconds later.

Ricky Ruck scored in an empty net with 22 seconds remaining.

GORHAM 6, GREELY 2: Carter Landry had a goal and two assists, and the Rams (3-1) broke it open with a three-goal flurry early in the third period against the Rangers (1-2) at Falmouth.

Landry set up Matt Anderson 47 seconds into the third, and scored unassisted seven seconds later. Matt Hooker followed at the 1:38 mark with Gorham’s final goal.

NOBLE/WELLS 10, WESTBROOK 1: Dean Pratt had five goals as Noble/Wells (2-2) handled the Blue Blazes (0-3-1) at Rochester, New Hampshire.

Ryan Marsh added two goals and an assist.

MASSABESIC/BONNY EAGLE/OOB 4, MARSHWOOD/TRAIP 1: Spencer Shields had a goal and an assist to lead Massabesic/Bonny Eagle/Old Orchard Beach (1-1) at Dover, New Hampshire.

Tanner McClure and Justin Miles also scored for Massabesic/Bonny Eagle/OOB. John Lyman scored for Marshwood/Traip (0-3).

GIRLS’ HOCKEY

FALMOUTH 4, CAPE ELIZABETH/WAYNFLETE 0: Four players scored for the Yachtsmen (5-1) against Cape Elizabeth/Waynflete (4-4) at Portland Ice Arena.

Meg Pierce scored in the first period, Camden Carrier made it 2-0 in the second, and Stone Carmichael and Marcy Kittredge added third-period goals.
