12/16 at 1:55 p.m. Kelly Giusti, 33, of Munjoy South, Portland, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
12/16 at 8:38 a.m. Jessica Stedt, 36, of Holbrook Street, Harpswell, was arrested on Holbrook Street by Detective William Moir on an outstanding warrant from another agency.
12/18 at 3:42 p.m. A 17-year-old male, of Freeport, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Chenevert on a charge of violating conditions of probation.
12/19 at 1:34 p.m. Ryan T. Curley, 28, of William Street, Portland, was arrested on Lower Main Street by Officer Thomas Gabbard on charges of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release.
12/20 at 8:54 a.m. Thomas R. Bennett, 37, of Durham Road, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Paul Powers on a charge of violating a protection order.
