LEEDS (AP) — Maine police are investigating a Leeds car crash that killed a father and his son.

Police say the crash killed 49-year-old Ghislain Cloutier and 14-year-old Casey Cloutier of Winthrop. They say the crash occurred on Route 202 at 8:16 a.m. Tuesday when Cloutier’s vehicle crossed over the center line and struck another head on. The sole occupant of the other vehicle was 59-yearold Ralph Ryder Jr. of Livermore. He was transported to Central Maine Medical Center where he was listed in stable condition later in the day.

WCSH-TV reports an athletic director for St. Dominic Academy in Lewiston says Casey Cloutier was a freshman at the school and was on the junior varsity hockey team.
