BRUNSWICK — Friends of Merrymeeting Bay will hold its annual meeting Wednesday, Jan. 14, at 6 p.m. at Bowdoin College’s Cram Alumni Hall.
The meeting will include a potluck supper and a multimedia presentation, “Steve Powell’s World of Wildlife: In Film and Video,” narrated by historian Jay Robbins.
Powell was a longtime biologist with the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife who documented his experiences in the outdoors with 11 hours of silent video and more than 600 still images.
The event is free and open to the public. There will be a brief business meeting and elections starting at 6:30 p.m., and the presentation will begin at 7 p.m.
