SAN JOSE, Calif. — The owner of the San Francisco Bay Area nightclub where five people were injured in a shooting during a Chris Brown concert has temporarily lost his entertainment permit.

San Jose police said state regulators also suspended Fiesta Nightclub’s liquor license. The 60-day suspensions began Friday. The club owner wasn’t immediately available for comment.

Police said Brown wasn’t injured in the Jan. 11 shooting. Cellphone video posted online by fans appears to show the Grammy-winning singer wincing as shots ring out, then being ushered away.
