Arrests

Sara Jeannette Gonzalez, 43, of Brunswick, was charged with domestic violence assault after police responded to a domestic disturbance at Shobe Avenue at 11:52 p.m. Jan. 14. According to police, Gonzalez allegedly threw a plastic dinosaur at a 43-year-old male victim, striking him in the head. The male declined medial attention. Gonzalez was released on unsecured bail and will appear in February at West Bath District Court.

Michael A. Cummings, 36, of Brunswick, was charged on a warrant from West Bath District Court for failing to appear in court, after a motor vehicle stop at Baribeau Drive at 8:27 a.m. Jan. 15. Cummings was also charged with failing to register a vehicle and with operating with a suspended or revoked license.

Kevin S. McMillan, 43, of Brunswick, was charged with operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license, possession of marijuana, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia after a motor vehicle stop at McKeen and Spring streets at 7:36 p.m. Jan. 16.

Patrick Thomas Ford, 37, of Brunswick, was charged with operating under the influence after a motor vehicle stop at Maine and Center streets at 12:20 a.m. Jan. 17.

Michelle Daly, 35, of Brunswick, was charged after police received a complaint of an attempted forgery at Rite Aid on Maine Street at 11:43 a.m. Jan. 19. According to police, Daly had allegedly attempted to alter the dosage on a prescription she wanted filled. Daly was charged with forgery, and was also arrested on a warrant from Lewiston District Court for failing to appear in court.

Heather B. Beasley, 53, of Dresden, was charged after police received a request from Mid Coast Hospital on Medical Center Drive to remove her from the premises at 6:48 p.m. Jan. 19, according to police. Police said Beasley, who was visiting a patient, refused requests by Mid Coast staff as well as police, before being forced to leave. Beasley was charged with criminal trespass and with unlawful possession of lorazepam, a medication prescribed to treat anxiety.

Summonses

Jason P. Valera, 43, of Gardiner, was charged with operating with a suspended or revoked license after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Robinson Avenue and Pleasant Street at 1:26 a.m. Jan. 17.
