Somehow, the word “hunger” has fallen out of favor in this country and has been replaced by that mealy-mouthed term “food insecurity.” That you have joined in this practice – shame on you.
Regardless of what you call it, hunger is a big and growing problem in Maine and all of America, and calling it by a different name won’t change that fact.
