BRUNSWICK — The Brunswick Junior High School girls seventh-grade basketball team rode balanced scoring to a 29-19 victory over Mt. Ararat on Thursday.

Grace Clendenning led the Huskies with eight points, followed by Alexis Guptill and Mackenzie Dorr with six each.

Theresa Breed paced Mt. Ararat with seven points, with Reese Turcotte and Kyla Greenleaf picking up four points apiece.

Isabella Banks and Nadia Sinsmyr played solid defense for the Huskies.
