All lanes of traffic have reopened on Interstate 295 south in Freeport after a single-car crash Tuesday morning forced drivers into the breakdown lane.
A 2000 Chevy Blazer flipped over around 9:30 a.m. after driver Rodney Hoverson, 53, of Harpswell drifted into the highway median and up a snow embankment.
State police Trooper Doug Cropper said Hoverson, the only person in the car, was reaching down for his radio while driving.
He suffered from minor bumps and bruises, Cropper said.
Traffic lanes reopened at 10:45 a.m.
