ALFRED (AP) — An Old Orchard Beach woman charged with stealing wreaths from a Saco cemetery faces trial in June.

Pamela Golarz was charged Dec. 10 with theft by receiving stolen property, falsifying physical evidence, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

According to court documents, the 57-year-old Golarz is scheduled to appear in York County Superior Court on June 11. She is free on $150 bail.

The Journal Tribune reports that Saco police received reports of thefts of 15 Christmas wreaths and arrangements worth $800 from Laurel Hill Cemetery in early December. A video camera at the cemetery captured one alleged theft.

Wreaths found decorating Golarz’s properties matched the style of wreaths made by a local artist specifically for Laurel Hill Cemetery.

Golarz told police she purchased the wreaths from a roadside vendor.
