WEST BATH

A Bath man was arrested and charged with criminal trespass Thursday morning after he was allegedly found in a home on Hill Road early Thursday morning that was not his own.

The Sagadahoc County Sheriff ’s Department received the call at 5:13 a.m. Chief Deputy Brett Strout said Dustin Jacobs, 28, with a last known address in Bath, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass. He allegedly entered a house on Hill Road “and passed out in the person’s bedroom.”

Bath police responded to assist the sheriff ’s department. No further information was available Monday.
