Portland's 'no rent' list

For years, the city has kept an internal list of properties where people receiving General Assistance rental vouchers cannot live because of problems such as building code or fire safety violations. The list is not readily available to the public and non-subsidized residents are not informed about the status of the buildings. Properties can be added or removed at any time. Here is the list as of March 1.
