3/6 at 7:14 a.m. Sebastian Rudolph, 24, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Richard Habr on charges of domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening. 

3/8 at 12:31 a.m. Ahmed S. Abdullahi, 21, of Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Jonathan Stearns on charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release. 

3/8 at 1:52 a.m. James P. O’Neil, 23, of Saco, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of violating conditions of release and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more.

3/9 at 12:17 a.m. Holly E. Knights, 41, of South Portland, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Ezekiel Collins on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/9 at 4:58 p.m. Travis N. Wilfeard, 30, of Norway, was arrested on Main Street by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of violating conditions of release and operating with a suspended or revoked license. 

3/10 at 1:02 a.m. Robert J. Pruiner, 45, of Bradford, was arrested on Gorham Road by Officer Jonathan Stearns on a charge of operating under the influence. 

3/10 at 1:19 a.m. Gabriel E. Moura, 30, of Scarborough, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Chris Gosling on charges of operating under the influence and exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph.

3/13 at 12:36 a.m. Gail E. Santos, 46, of Freedom, New Hampshire, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Richard Habr on a charge of operating without a license.

3/13 at 2:34 a.m. Robert K. Taylor, 34, of Gorham, was arrested on Broadway by Officer Richard Habr on charges of sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and operating under the influence. 

3/13 at 11:27 p.m. Adam Wilcox, 20, of Old Orchard Beach, was arrested on the Casco Bay Bridge by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of operating after habitual offender license revocation, operating without a license and violating conditions of release.
