I find it remarkable that M.D. Harmon attempted to assert that Fox News offers real news and is now the “most trusted network” (“No surprise that Americans don’t trust their government,” March 20).
Just because 29 percent of the right-wingers state it to be true in a Quinnipiac poll doesn’t make it actually true. Fox News is a propaganda outlet for the right wing placed in a news format. That can’t be denied – similar to climate change (oh, but I digress).
He might as well have written about his belief in leprechauns and the tooth fairy. Doesn’t he understand that making statements such as these just undermines his own credibility? To us thinking people, it simply proves what a myopic, brainwashed alternative universe in which he lives.
