SACO — Roy P. Morrison, 64, of Saco, passed away on April 4, 2015, at Maine Medical Center in Portland.

Roy was born on Feb. 13, 1951, in Omaha, Nebraska. He was educated in the local school system. After high school, Roy enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving his country.

He was employed for the past 35 plus years with Graftec International in Biddeford as an engineer.

Roy enjoyed sitting by the campfire, spending time with family and friends. He also liked to build things, do automation and tinker in the basement, always keeping busy.

He is survived by: his wife, Carolyn B. Morrison of Saco; his two sons, Jason Morrison and his wife Sharon of Virginia, and Jeffrey Morrison and his wife Jessica of Bath; his stepdaughter, Meagan Zahares of Saco; five grandchildren; eight brothers and sisters; and several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held from 4-7 p.m., Wednesday, April 8 at Cote Funeral Home, 87 James St., Saco.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 9 at United Baptist Church, 318 Main St., Saco.
