No one was injured Friday night when a car was driven into a retaining pond at the Cabela’s shopping center in Scarborough.
Scarborough police said the incident occurred around 8 p.m. and the driver and passengers had gotten out of the vehicle by the time they arrived. They said the pond is relatively shallow and the car wasn’t damaged, but had to be towed from the pond.
No one was injured and no charges were filed, police said.
