BRUNSWICK 21, MT. ARARAT 4: Ryan Croatti scored seven goals as the top-ranked Dragons (14-0) handled the eighth-seeded Eagles (4-9) in an Eastern Class A quarterfinal at Brunswick.
Brunswick will be home Saturday against Windham or Cheverus.
Kyle Woodruff added four goals for Brunswick, Matt Brooks had two goals and three assists, and Cam Glover tossed in a goal and three assists.
Kyle Lussier had three goals and Jake Schoenberg one for Mt. Ararat.
Mitchell Smith made 12 saves for the Dragons.
Charlie Gill stopped 14 shots for the Eagles.
GIRLS’ LACROSSE
MT. ARARAT 9, BRUNSWICK 7: Isa Blessington and Alison Nolan scored three goals each as the second-seeded Eagles (12-1) defeated the seventh-ranked Dragons (3-10) in an Eastern Class A quarterfinal at Topsham.
Mt. Ararat will be home Saturday against Cheverus or Portland.
Erin Tome, Ronni Pelletier and Katie Labbay each added a pair of goals for Mt. Ararat.
Angelica Boyle scored four goals for Brunswick.
Eleanor Skinner stopped seven shots for the Eagles. Emaleigh Aschbrenner made 11 saves for the Dragons.
