I think some of us folks at one time or another have been traveling on a road or major highway, have had the need for a restroom when and where there were none available and have had to find an isolated spot along the road and discreetly use Mother Nature.

Such was not the case June 20 at Crawford Notch State Park in New Hampshire. My wife and I had stopped there to enjoy the view and eat our lunch when a large group of motorcyclists drove in. There were both men and women in the group.

Two of the men decided that they needed some relief and walked over to the wood line not 40 feet from our table and started urinating in plain view of us and everyone else when there was a restroom right across the street at the Willey House site.

Come on, guys, let’s have some character and some couth!
