PORTLAND — Five men and one boy were arrested Sunday evening, Aug. 2, in the Parkside area when police conducted a prostitution sting operation.
City Hall spokeswoman Jessica Grondin said an undercover female police officer was approached at an undisclosed location by Portland residents Benjamin P. Kuku Kodi, 35; Christian Tshishimbi Kabeya, 29; Pedro G. Gutierrez, 48; Jean Marie Nkaka, 46; and Angel Poblano, 26, as well as the boy, whose name was not released because of his age.
All were charged with engaging a prostitute. The adults except Poblano were released on bail.
