From the Journal Tribune: “Supporters of the proposed state research and development bond were joined by Gov. John Baldacci on Thursday afternoon to kick-off the bond’s promotional campaign. The gathering was held at the University of New England Harold Alfond Center for Health Sciences and included several local dignitaries.
