Ethan Morgan, the chef at Portland Lobster Co., has made the top 16 of the Thomas’ Hometown Breakfast Battle, a national competition that began with 135 chefs creating locally inspired recipes that use Thomas products.
Morgan advanced in the competition with his Divine Lobster Benedict, which uses English muffins as a base.
To vote for him to advance to the next round, go to ThomasBreakfastBattle.com. Voters may vote once per day until Sunday .
