When: Tonight, 7 p.m.
What to watch for: The Wells Warriors will travel to Yarmouth tonight to battle the Clippers in what will be an important clash between two of the best teams in Class C. Wells currently sits at 3-1 – with an upset loss to Fryeburg as its only blemish – while Yarmouth comes in with a perfect 4-0 record. The Warriors will need to get a road win tonight in order to have a chance of moving up in the playoff rankings.
Other local games: Biddeford will hit the road to take on York tonight. Also tonight, Massabesic will look for its first win vs. Oxford Hills/Buckfield, while Sanford hosts Lewiston and OOB visits Dirigo. On Saturday, Thornton Academy looks to bounce back from last week’s loss to Windham against visiting Scarborough. Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. at Hill Stadium. In Kennebunk, the Rams will welcome in Mt. Ararat in a Class B showdown, which is set for 1 p.m.
