BOSTON — Sean Baker headed in a pass from Mitchell Cyr from 10 yards with 3:30 remaining in overtime Saturday to give St. Joseph’s a 1-0 victory against Suffolk in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference men’s soccer game.

St. Joseph’s (7-3-1, 3-1) outshot Suffolk (0-11-1, 0-4-1), 25-4.

Nicholas Chamma stopped 11 of the 12 shots he faced for the Rams.

UMASS-DARTMOUTH 4, SOUTHERN MAINE 0: Akere Tambi collected two goals and one assist for the Corsairs (6-4-1, 1-2-1 Little East), who scored three times in the final 7:04 to pull away from the Huskies (1-9-1, 0-4) at Dartmouth, Massachusetts.

Simon Hulbert finished with seven saves for the Huskies, who were outshot, 23-6.

TRINITY 2, BOWDOIN 1: Cody Savonen scored with 38 seconds left in the second overtime to lift the Bantams (5-4-2, 2-4-1 NESCAC) over the Polar Bears (4-3-2, 1-3-2) at Hartford, Connecticut.

Trinity opened the scoring 9:17 into the second half. The Polar Bears tied it with 13 seconds left in regulation when Nabil Odulate scored from Ethan Ellsworth.

CONNECTICUT COLLEGE 1, BATES 0: Mark Leon scored after 18:25 and the Camels (8-2-1, 4-2-1 NESCAC) held off the Bobcats (6-3-1, 2-3-1) at New London, Connecticut.

Sam Polito finished with four saves for the Bobcats, who were outshot, 15-3.

WESLEYAN 3, COLBY 0: Adam Cowie-Haskell opened the scoring after 5:31 and later added an assist as the Cardinals (6-2-1, 3-1-1 NESCAC) downed the Mules (2-6-2, 1-4-1) at Middletown, Connecticut.

Tyler Mulberry made eight saves for the Mules, who were outshot, 20-11.

WESTERN NEW ENGLAND 4, UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND 3: The Golden Bears (7-5, 5-0 Commonwealth Coast) scored on an own goal with 10 minutes left to edge the Nor’easters (2-10, 0-5) at Biddeford.

Ryan Rousseau had one goal and one assist, and Will Bushey collected two assists for the Nor’easters, who scored with less than two minutes left to cut the deficit to 4-3.

WOMEN’S SOCCER

JOHNSON & WALES 1, ST. JOSEPH’S 0: Kyra Selner scored 32:47 into the game and the Wildcats (7-5-1, 5-2-1 GNAC) held off the Monks (7-7, 4-3) at Standish.

Brooke Troup finished with eight saves for the Monks, who were outshot, 19-6.

UMASS-DARTMOUTH 1, SOUTHERN MAINE 0: Talia D’Ambruoso scored 9:45 into overtime to lift the Corsairs (5-4-1, 2-1-1 Little East) over the Huskies (3-8, 0-4) at Gorham.

Marissa Temple made seven saves for the Huskies, who sent the game to overtime despite being outshot, 23-3.

UNIVERSITY OF NEW ENGLAND 2, WESTERN NEW ENGLAND 0: Jessica Meader scored in the 32nd minute and Jackie Dickerson added a goal 13 minutes into the second half to lift the Nor’easters (9-3, 5-0 Commonwealth Coast) over the Golden Bears (3-9-2, 1-3-1) at Biddeford.

Brielle Robinson made two saves to record the shutout for UNE, which outshot the Golden Bears, 20-6.

TRINITY 1, BOWDOIN 0: Caroline McKenna scored with nine minutes left and Monica DiFiori made 11 saves for the Bantams (8-2, 4-2 NESCAC) against the Polar Bears (5-3-1, 3-3) at Hartford, Connecticut.

Bridget McCarthy finished with four saves for Bowdoin.

BATES 4, CONNECTICUT COLLEGE 3: Leah Humes scored twice in the final 3:41 of regulation as the Bobcats (5-4-2, 2-2-2 NESCAC) rallied past the Camels (1-6-3, 0-4-3) at New London, Connecticut.

After falling behind 2-0, Bates tied it on goals by Olivia Amdur and Cassidy McCarns in the final 10 minutes of the first half. The Camels regained the lead 22 minutes into the second.

WESLEYAN 3, COLBY 2: The Cardinals (5-4-1, 2-2-1 NESCAC) took a 3-0 lead and held off the Mules (3-6-1, 0-5-1) at Middletown, Connecticut.

Mo Nelson scored for Wesleyan with 5:01 left in the first half, taking a low line drive from Carly Swenson and sending it into the left corner of the net.

SOUTHERN MAINE CC 3, UNITY 2: Sarah Clough scored twice, and Kym Hendrix added a goal and an assist for the Seawolves (6-1-1, 3-1-1 Yankee) against the Rams (3-6-1, 2-2-1) at South Portland.

FIELD HOCKEY

CONNECTICUT COLLEGE 1, BATES 0: Katlyn Paiva scored less than two minutes into the game and the Camels (2-9, 1-7 NESCAC) went on to edge the Bobcats (5-4, 2-4) at New London, Connecticut.

Lauren Pianucci made three saves for shutout. Cristina Vega had nine saves for Bates.
