CAPE NEDDICK — The Velveteen Habit is celebrating Oktoberfest in its garden on Sunday, with German food (such as house-cured sausages, sauerkraut and pretzels), beer from Allagash, lawn games and traditional German tunes. The festivities start at 1:30 p.m. and carry on until sundown. Tickets cost $35 in advance at www.TVHoktoberfest.eventbrite.com or $45 for tickets at the door. The restaurant, in the home of the former Arrows, is located at 37 Ogunquit Road.
