A 47-year-old Bethel woman was killed in a two-car crash Friday afternoon on Intervale Road in Bethel.
A 1997 GMC Yukon driven by Jason Heath, 29, of Bethel collided head-on with a 2012 Chevy Cruze driven by Susan Isham, who died on impact, according to the Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
Along with the sheriff’s office, Maine State Police are investigating the crash and the Paris Police Department is reconstructing the accident.
Intervale Road was closed to traffic around 3 p.m. and was expected be closed for several hours.
