Portland Ballet continues “Three Tales by Poe,” with haunting original choreography inspired by the short stories of Edgar Allan Poe. His writing offers rich opportunity for the fun, sleek dances, created by the company’s artistic director, Nell Shipman.
Portland Ballet presents the dance at 7 p.m. Friday and 3 and 7 p.m. Saturday in its 75-seat studio theater at 517 Forest Ave., Portland. Tickets range from $25 to $30. For more information, visit portlandballet.org.
