FREEPORT — Newcomer Jeremy Clough and incumbent John Morang won two seats on the Regional School Unit 5 Board of Directors.

Clough received 1,012 votes and Morang received 970. The seats are each for three years.

Incumbent and board chairman Nelson Larkins lost with 857 votes.

Newcomer Louise Brogan was elected to a one-year seat on the board with 1,380 votes.

Freeport saw a voter turnout of 1,882 people.
