The Sanford Unitarian Universalist Church, 5 Lebanon St., welcomes you to join them on Sunday, Nov. 29 for Music Sunday held at 10:30 a.m. The Social Action Committee of First Unitarian Universalist Church of Exeter is asking them to join on Nov. 29 for a region-wide interfaith action. On that day, churches will be ringing bells to support world leaders as they gather in Paris on Nov. 30 at the UN Conference on Climate Change. For centuries, the ringing of bells has been a signal of celebration, of sorrow, or of danger. The church hopes its joyous ringing will be a message of support, magnified, and heard around the world. On Nov. 29, please bring some type of bell to the service with you. At the end of the Music Sunday service, attendees will begin ringing, and move from the sanctuary, out the door, and down the sidewalk to finish ringing in Goodall Hall. If the weather is bad, participants will circle the sanctuary twice, and then go to Goodall Hall. Visit our website at www.sanforduuchurch.org and like us on Facebook.
