How many tens of thousands of our young men, women and veterans have been financially and emotionally scarred by one of our former governors, John R. McKernan Jr., and Education Management Corp., where he was once CEO and chairman of the board?
This newspaper and staff writer Colin Woodard need to do a real in-depth investigation into his financial and political activities for this school as well as other companies where he is or has been a shareholder and director.
Once again, the people of Maine are left holding the bag while these people get off without admitting or denying guilt.
