Paul Costales, 48, of 26 Orchard Road, was arrested on Orchard Road Nov. 23 on a charge of operating under the influence.

On Nov. 16, a patrolman met with a resident of the Spurwink Avenue area regarding a harassment complaint.
On Nov. 16, a patrolman met with a resident regarding the process of removing an unwelcome guest.
On Nov. 18, a sergeant met with a resident of the Bowery Beach Road area regarding a computer virus scam. While on the Internet he received a pop-up advising the computer had a virus and provided a phone number to call to remove the virus. He provided payment and his email address. After obtaining the email address the suspect then took control of the victim’s computer. The victim had to have the computer wiped clean.
On Nov. 18, a sergeant met with a local business representative regarding property damage believed to have been done by a delivery vehicle.
On Nov. 20, two patrolmen responded to a location on Spurwink Avenue for a well-being check.
On Nov. 20, a patrolman met with a Portland resident who reported a motor vehicle burglary at the Poor Farm parking area on Spurwink Avenue. Taken from the vehicle was a wallet that contained personal ID and credit cards.
On Nov. 21, a sergeant and patrolman responded to a residence in the Shore Acres area for a domestic disturbance.
