BIDDEFORD — Biddeford police are seeking assistance in identifying a suspect in the robbery of 7-B Conner Store, on the corner of Elm and Cutts streets, Sunday night.

Deputy Chief JoAnne Fisk said Monday that the robbery was reported to police at about 8:15 p.m. Sunday. The convenience store clerk said a man who appeared to be over 6-feet-tall with a slim build entered the store and demanded “all the money” from the cash register, Fisk said.

She said the man was wearing a mask, a black hooded sweatshirt with a zipper and light-colored pants. He fled the store on foot with an undetermined amount of money, she said.

Fisk declined to comment on whether the suspect was armed, citing an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information about the robbery should contact the Biddeford Police Department at 282- 5127.

As of about 7 a.m. today, there have been no updates in the investigation, according to Fisk.

Editor’s note: The store was incorrectly identifed as the Boston Connection in a Nov. 30 story on the Journal Tribune website.
