LOS ANGELES — A family who suffered serious injuries in a fatal traffic collision involving Caitlyn Jenner earlier this year sued the Olympic gold medalist on Friday.

The Wolf-Milesi family of Malibu sued Jenner in Los Angeles Superior Court for negligence in the February crash, which killed one woman after Jenner rear-ended her car and pushed it into oncoming traffic on the Pacific Coast Highway.

Prosecutors declined to file a vehicular manslaughter charge against the 66-year-old Jenner.

Jenner also faces lawsuits by the stepchildren of Kim Howe, who was killed, and the driver of another car involved.
