BIDDEFORD — Robert “Buddy” Morrison, 71, of Biddeford died on Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015, at St. Andre’s Health Care in Biddeford.

He was born a son to James and Theresa (Beauchemin) Morrison on May 22, 1944, in Biddeford. He was educated locally, a graduate of St. Louis High School, Class of 1963.

After high school, Buddy joined the U.S. Army. During his seven years of enlistment, he was stationed in Germany and Korea. When he got back to Maine ,he started his career at Subler as a truck dispatcher.

He is preceded in death by: his daughter, Donna Lee Morrison in 1988; his father, James F. Morrison in 2011; one uncle, Joseph Morrison; and four aunts, Pauline Beauchemin, Helen Dodge, Lillian Grass and Persis Willey.

Buddy is survived by: his mother, Theresa Morrison of Saco; his son, Robert J. Morrison Jr. of Portland; his two sisters, Sharon Cyr of Biddeford and Jeannette Kaler and her husband Carl of Biddeford; and several nieces and nephews and several grandnieces and nephews.

There will be no visiting hours. A private graveside service will be held at St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Biddeford. Buddy’s family request that donations be made to St. Andre’s Health Care, 407 Pool St., Biddeford, ME 04005.
