Howard Stern is staying with Sirius XM for at least another five years.

The satellite radio network also has access to Stern’s audio and video library for 12 years under a new working agreement announced Tuesday. The library includes performances, specials and shows that have taken place during Stern’s more than 30-year broadcasting career. Plans for the video component of the deal will be announced at a later date, but will include video of “The Howard Stern Show,” archives and special programming.

Stern will continue to broadcast live on SiriusXM’s Howard 100 channel and produce his Howard 101 channel, which includes episodes of “The Howard Stern Show” as well as special programming.

Stern launched his two satellite radio channels in 2006.

In June Stern announced that he would no longer serve as a judge on NBC’s reality show, “America’s Got Talent.”

Shares of SiriusXM Holdings Inc. rose 12 cents, or 3 percent, to $4.12 in morning trading. They are up almost 18 percent so far this year.
