POC Collision Inc. recently announced it has acquired Sebago Lake Collision from Windham’s pre-owned automotive dealership, Sebago Lake Automotive.
POC will retain Sebago Lake Collision’s staff.

Jared and Kelly Laflin, principals of Laflin Properties LLC, announced the acquisition of The BeachFire Bar & Grill located at 658 Main St., Ogunquit.
The couple purchased the restaurant from Bill Doherty last month. Jared Laflin has been acting general manager of the Route 1 restaurant since March 2015.
The restaurant retained many of the existing staff members.

Lipman & Katz announced it will move its law firm to 5 Community Drive in Augusta.
The firm will officially open at its new location on Jan. 15, 2016.

Rock Lobster Gourmet Popcorn Co. recently opened at 481 Main St. Unit 2 in Springvale Village. In addition to gourmet popcorn, Rock Lobster also sells Haven’s Chocolate’s, Stonewall Kitchen, Hot Sauces made in Maine and bin candy by the pound.

Bill’s Original Kitchen is now open in Kittery Foreside at 1 Government St. in Kittery.
Operated by chef and owner Bill Clifford, the 16-seat restaurant features a menu of small plates, a hand-selected wine list and local beer.
Clifford has more than 20 years of food and wine experience.
