PORTLAND — The city is seeking concepts and designs for Congress Square.
In conjunction with the Portland Public Art Committee and the Friends of Congress Square Park, the city Planning & Urban Development Department is inviting landscape architects and visual artists to respond to two requests for qualifications to be part of the redesign effort.
Selection committees will review applications. Selected finalists will be invited to a site visit, an interview and a March 2016 public forum to present their work, Grondin said.
The RFQs are available online at 1.usa.gov/1QETStv. The deadline for submissions is Jan. 28, 2016.
