A Hollis man was charged with possession of heroin, driving under the influence of drugs and driving with a revoked license after he crashed into a utility pole in Arundel during Tuesday’s snowstorm.

Robert J. Keoskie, 42, was not hurt in the crash, though the pole snapped and electrical wires were laying in the roadway until Central Maine Power Co. responded.

Keoskie was driving a 2002 Ford F-250 about noon when he went off the road at 688 River Road.

Keoskie was arraigned Wednesday and is being held in the York County Jail on $5,000 bail pending a Feb. 19 court date.
