An unidentified woman was killed early Friday morning when she was struck by a car while walking on Wilton Road near Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, police said.
Farmington police are trying to identify the white woman, who they believe to be 25 to 35 years old, Sgt. Michael Adcock said Friday evening.
Tommy Clark, 25, of Industry, was arrested on a felony charge of aggravated operating under the influence of alcohol in connection with the accident.
The woman whom Clark allegedly struck around 1:40 a.m. was pronounced dead at the scene. She wasn’t carrying identification or a cellphone.
Anyone with information about the accident or the unidentified victim is asked to call the Farmington Police Department at 778-6311.
