SOUTH PORTLAND — Sam DePaolo finished with 18 points, and Ruay Bol added 10 points and 10 rebounds Saturday to lead South Portland to a 68-43 victory against Lewiston in a Class AA schoolboy basketball game at Beal Gym.

Abdinasir Issack led Lewiston (2-6) with 13 points.

Jack Fiorini had 13 points and Ansel Stilley 11 for South Portland (6-2), which opened a 32-25 halftime lead to 50-36 by the end of the third quarter.

GREATER PORTLAND CHRISTIAN 49, ISLESBORO 45: Jeremiah Hammond stole the ball and drove in for the go-ahead basket as Greater Portland Christian (4-4) closed on an 11-2 run to overtake the Eagles (4-1) at Islesboro.

David Davol’s two free throws with two seconds left clinched the win. Jeremy Daigneault’s free throw for the Lions had made it 45-45 just before Hammond’s steal.

Mason Jones scored 14 points, Eddie Daigneault 13 and Hammond 10 for Greater Portland Christian. Forrest Boucher, Jake Pellagrino, Jonathan Runnion-Bareford and Avery Grindle each scored 10 for Islesboro.

GREELY 85, POLAND 56: Jordan Bagshaw scored 25 points, including five 3-pointers, as the Rangers (7-1) defeated the Knights (4-4) at Poland.

Ryan Twitchell scored 15 points, Caleb Normandeau had 13 and Matt McDevitt finished with 10 for the Rangers, who built a 24-9 lead in the first quarter.

John Fossett had 17 points and Patrick Kuklinski 11 for Poland.

BRUNSWICK 53, KENNEBUNK 45: Caleb Cost scored a game-high 18 points to lead the Dragons (5-3) past the Rams (4-3) at Kennebunk.

Thomas Hanson added nine points and six assists, and Colby Bucknam had seven points and eight assists for Brunswick.

Zachary MacKinnon led a balanced offense for Kennebunk, scoring 15 points with three 3-pointers. Cameron Lovejoy added 11 points, Justin Wiggins scored 10 and Trayvon Bradford chipped in with nine for the Rams.

WAYNFLETE 44, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 37: Milo Belleau scored a game-high 18 points to lead the Flyers (5-1) past the Seagulls (4-3) at Old Orchard Beach.

Abel Alemayo added 10 points for Waynflete, which pulled away with a 16-6 advantage in the fourth quarter after trailing 31-28 through the third.

Evan Christensen and Zach Hirst scored 12 points apiece to lead Old Orchard Beach. Erik Hogan added six points, hitting two 3-pointers.

CAPE ELIZABETH 64, MARSHWOOD 58: Marcus Donnelly had 19 points, including five 3-pointers, for the Capers (6-2) against the Hawks (3-4) at South Berwick.

Finn Bowe added 16 points and Quinn Hewitt 10 for the Capers.

Dawson Casey scored 15 points, Ryan O’Neil 14 and Benjamin Beers 12 for Marshwood, which was within 30-29 at halftime.

GORHAM 66, WINDHAM 54: Sam Kilborn had 12 points in the fourth quarter as the Rams (5-2), who led just 44-41 through three quarters, pulled away from the Eagles (3-5) at Gorham.

Kilborn finished with a game-high 22 points and grabbed nine boards, Stephens Burns had 13 points, including a pair of 3-pointers, and Jackson Fotter tossed in 10 points for Gorham.

Mike Gilman led Windham with 17 points, Kyle Kilfoil had 15 and Nicholas Curtis 12.

THORNTON ACADEMY 57, SCARBOROUGH 44: Jack Tilley scored a game-high 22 points, 19 in the first half, as the Golden Trojans topped the Red Storm (2-6) at Saco.

Ben Lambert added 18 points for Thornton, which opened a 34-18 halftime lead.

Reece Lagerquist led Scarborough with 11 points. Emmett Peoples tossed in eight.

TRAIP ACADEMY 55, SACOPEE VALLEY 38: Alex Foye drained three 3-pointers as Traip Academy (3-5) shot over a zone defense to open a 26-14 halftime lead against the Hawks (0-8) at South Hiram.

Foye finished with 17 points and Angelo Succi 10 for the Rangers. Brandon Sloan scored 13 to lead Sacopee.

YARMOUTH 66, LINCOLN ACADEMY 46: Nolan Hagerty and Devin Shields-Auble scored 15 points each as the Clippers (7-1) topped the Eagles (3-4) at Yarmouth.

Hagerty had seven in the second quarter when the Clippers outscored the Eagles 29-4 to go ahead 42-12.

Charlies Cawley had 14 points and Bailey Darling 11 for Yarmouth.

Cody Tozier had 16 points, and Taylor Holmes and Riley Cushing added 12 apiece for Lincoln.

MESSALONSKEE 60, OCEANSIDE 43: The Eagles (5-3) used a 29-15 run in the fourth quarter to pull away from the Mariners (6-1) at Oakland.

James Lathrop had 19 points and eight rebounds for Messalonskee. Sawyer Michaud added 14 points and four assists.

Oceanside was led by Keenan Hendricks with 13 points.

MASSABESIC 68, SANFORD 60: The Mustangs (7-0) used a 22-7 second-quarter run to take the lead for good and overcome the Spartans (1-6) at Sanford.

Sanford led 16-12 after the first quarter.

Dan Amabile scored a game-high 22 points for Massabesic, including four 3-pointers, Tyus Sprague-Ripley had 19 points and Ryan Gullikson tossed in 16.

Ethan Belanger led Sanford with 21 points, and Carson Bouchard added 18 with four 3-pointers.

SEACOAST CHRISTIAN 58, RANGELEY 43: Tim Yeaton sank three field goals and converted 7 of 8 free throws for Seacoast Christian (3-2), which opened a 30-15 halftime lead against the Lakers (3-4) at Rangeley.

Yeaton finished with 24 points and Caleb La Croix 10 for the Guardians. Kyle Larochelle had 16 points and Carl Trafton 10 for Rangeley.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 70, WATERVILLE 33: Nick Depatsy had 20 points and four assists as Medomak Valley (5-3) swepty past Waterville (3-5) at Waldoboro.

WESTBROOK 70, MORSE 42: Zac Manoogian, Curtis Knapton and Anderson Kavutse combined for 51 points to lead the Blue Blazes (3-4) past the Shipbuilders (2-6) at Westbrook.

Manoogian scored a game-high 20 points, including five 3-pointers, Kavutse added 16 points and Knapton 15 for Westbrook, which used a 27-14 advantage in the second quarter to open a 38-22 lead.

DEERING 69, CHEVERUS 45: Benedict Williams scored eight of his 12 points in the first half as the Rams (8-0) opened a 30-16 lead and downed visiting Cheverus (6-3) at Portland.

Malik White added 11 points and Raffaele Salamone pulled down 11 rebonds for the Rams. Jesse Matthews led the Stags with 18 points.

YORK 2, CAPE ELIZABETH 1: Tommy Carr scored with 1:57 left as the Wildcats (7-0) defeated Cape Elizabeth (3-3-2) at Dover, New Hampshire.

Spencer Pickett initiated the winning play, gaining the puck behind the Capers’ net, then wheeling around in front to center the puck to Carr just outside the crease for a one-timer into the net.

CONY/MONMOUTH ACADEMY/HALL-DALE 2, WINDHAM/WESTBROOK 1: Brett Sproul and Cole Lockhart scored third-period goals as Cony/Monmouth Academy/Hall-Dale (5-3) rallied past Windham/Westbrook (5-1) at Gorham.

After Zach Callahan gave Windham/Westbrook a 1-0 lead just 36 seconds into the game, Sproul tied it 6:37 into the third period. Lockhart won it during a two-man advantage with 2:27 left.

MASSABESIC/BONNY EAGLE/OLD ORCHARD BEACH 8, LAKE REGION/FRYEBURG ACADEMY/OXFORD HILLS 0: Tanner McClure had three goals and three assists to lead Massabesic/Bonny Eagle/Old Orchard Beach (3-5) over Lake Region/Fryeburg Academy/Oxford Hills (1-6) at Gorham.

Brandon Caron added two goals and two assists for Massabesic/Bonny Eagle/Old Orchard Beach, which took a a 2-0 lead after the first period on goals from Caron and Spencer Shields. Massabesic/Bonny Eagle/Old Orchard Beach added three goals in the third, two assisted by McClure. McClure scored all three of his goals in the third.

YARMOUTH 10, MARANACOOK 2: Noah Grondin had three goals and two assists to lead the Clippers (6-0) past the Black Bears (0-7) at Yarmouth.

Anders Newberg had two goals, and Patrick Grant added a goal and six assists for Yarmouth, which took a 4-1 lead after the first on goals by Grondin, Grant and Newberg.

SCARBOROUGH 7, KENNEBUNK 0: Matthew Caron had two goals and one assist to lead the Red Storm (6-0) past the Rams (2-5) at Biddeford.

Cameron Smith had a goal and three assists for Scarborough, which took the lead nine minutes into the first period on a goal by Cameron Nigro. Smith and Caron assisted.

Scarborough scored three goals in the second to extend its lead to 6-0 on goals by Nigro, Justin Perry and Eric Murray. Nigro finished with two goals.

Spencer Desrochers stopped 23 shots for Kennebunk.
