Artists Andrew Wyeth and Winslow Homer must be rotating rapidly in their graves, thanks to the thoughtlessly butchered “mousepad versions” of their wonderful paintings that ran with the story “PMA acquires works by Homer, Wyeth,” which appeared on Page B2 in the Jan. 2 edition.
I think you owe your readers (and the Portland Museum of Art) a correction showing the actual paintings.
