SANFORD — The Sanford International Flm Festival has been awarded an enterprise marketing grant for $9,200 from the Maine Office of Tourism.

Dates for the film festival are May 25-29; film submissions are ongoing at www.sanfordfilmfest.com, with a Feb. 29 deadline. Selections will be announced in early April.

In 2015, the Sanford International Film Festival screened more than 130 films.
