1/15 at 12:39 p.m. Abdul Feroze, 31, of Tucker Avenue, Portland, was arrested on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Roger Moore on a charge of operating under the influence.

1/15 at 8 p.m. Daniel Rigler, 28, of Lake Meade Drive, East Berlin, Pennsylvania, was arrested on Main Street by Sgt. Kevin Pedersen on charges of domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, obstructing report of crime and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

1/12 at 4:38 p.m. Charles Fisk, 77, of Osterville Court, was issued a summons on U.S. Route 1 by Officer Shawn Miles on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked.

1/15 at 7:50 a.m. Christopher Smith, 38, of Walnut Hill Road, North Yarmouth, was issued a summons on Main Street by Officer Roger Moore on a charge of passing a stopped school bus.
