The Maine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Bangor police arrested two people Thursday night on charges of drug trafficking.

Police charged Douglas Lewis, 31 of New York and Megyn Voisine, 27 of Bangor.

The arrests stem from an undercover investigation over the past several weeks by the MDEA into the sale of crack cocaine and Oxycodone from a Larkin Street residence, police said. Police Thursday seized prescription drugs and $6,000 in suspected drug proceeds and other evidence of drug trafficking.

Lewis and Voisine are being held at the Penobscot County Jail pending arraignment.
