GRAY — Skye Conley scored 16 points Tuesday to lead Gray-New Gloucester to a 53-39 victory against Freeport in a Western Maine Conference schoolgirl basketball game.

Alanna Camerl pulled down 10 rebounds as the Patriots (13-4) controlled the inside against the Falcons (9-8).

Jessica Driscoll and Regan Lynch scored 11 points each for the Falcons.

BOOTHBAY REGION 61, WINTHROP 14: Page Brown scored 18 points as the Seahawks (16-1) handled the Ramblers (2-15) at Winthrop.

Faith Blethen added 16 points and Hannah Morley had 10 for the Seawhawks, who built at 24-7 lead in the first quarter.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 65, MT. ARARAT 56: Justice Barrows and Sophie Cohen combined for 15 points in the fourth quarter as the Panthers (6-11) pulled away from the Eagles (1-16) at Topsham.

SACOPEE VALLEY 39, OLD ORCHARD BEACH 30: Helen Ruhlin scored 15 points and Abigail Hughes added 11 for the Hawks (9-8), who took a 12-5 first-quarter lead and beat the Seagulls (7-10) at South Hiram.

Peyton Feitz led Old Orchard Beach with nine points.

RANGELEY 78, NORTH YARMOUTH ACADEMY 26: Blayke Morin had 28 points and eight rebounds as the Lakers (16-1) beat the Panthers (1-16) at Rangeley.

Amelia McMillan added 18 points and seven rebounds, and Natasha Haley had seven points and five steals for Rangeley.

DEERING 38, SCARBOROUGH 26: Mandy Mastropasqua and Delaney Haines sank 3-pointers in the second quarter as as the Rams (11-6) used a 12-3 run to open a 19-12 lead against Scarborough (7-10) at Portland.

Amanda Brett had 12 rebounds for Deering. Sophie Glidden scored 12 points for the Red Storm.

YORK 55, FRYEBURG ACADEMY 40: Chloe Smedley scored 18 points, Madigan Cogger had 11 and the Wildcats (17-0) took control in the third quarter to beat the Raiders (14-3) at Fryeburg.

Smedley had nine points and Shannon Todd added five of her 10 in the third, when the Wildcats went on a 21-9 run for a 47-31 lead.

CAPE ELIZABETH 47, FALMOUTH 33: Carter Harvey sank three 3-pointers in the first period as Cape Elizabeth (7-10) opened a 14-4 lead and went on to beat the Yachtsmen (5-12) at Falmouth.

The Capers extended the lead to 27-12 by the half.

TRAIP ACADEMY 44, WAYNFLETE 29: Marina Casey scored 11 points and Jessica Segura added 10 to lead the Rangers (6-11) past the Flyers (6-11) at Kittery.

Traip, which had 15 assists on 17 baskets, used a 15-4 second-quarter run to build a 20-11 halftime lead.

MORSE 51, WATERVILLE 45: Emma Harrington had 12 points and 10 rebounds to lift the Shipbuilders (10-7) over the Panthers (8-9) at Bath.

SANFORD 47, MARSHWOOD 39: Summer Camire had a game-high 15 points, including six free throws in the fourth quarter as the Spartans (5-12) upended the Hawks (9-8) at Sanford.

Emily Robida had 11 points for Marshwood.

MASSABESIC 70, NOBLE 37: McKenzy Ouellette scored 22 points, including four 3-pointers, and the Mustangs (4-13) built a 23-3 lead in the first quarter against the Knights (1-16) at Waterboro.

Madi Drain added 14 points and Sarah Guimond had 11 for the Mustangs.

THORNTON ACADEMY 52, WINDHAM 35: Alexandra Hart scored 15 points and Ashley Howe added 12 to lead the Trojans (10-7) past the Eagles (8-9) at Windham.

Howe scored seven points in the third quarter as Thornton went on a 14-5 run to extend its lead to 12 points.

LINCOLN ACADEMY 52, MT. VIEW 29: Dorothy Hodous scored eight points to lead the Eagles (14-3) over the Mustangs (5-12) at Thorndike.

CAMDEN HILLS 69, CONY 65: Maddie Bowman had 22 points, including four 3-pointers, as the Windjammers (5-12) held off the Rams (2-15) at Augusta.

SOUTH PORTLAND 67, BONNY EAGLE 25: Maddie Hasson scored 19 points for the Red Riots (14-3), who used a 22-2 third-quarter run to put away the Scots (7-10) at South Portland.

Meghan Graff added 15 points for the Red Riots, who led 19-14 at halftime.

LAKE REGION 42, YARMOUTH 36: Melody Millett sank six free throws in the final period, and Kristen Huntress added four free throws and a field goal as the Lakers (13-4) used foul shooting to overcome Yarmouth (8-9) at Naples.

Millett finished with 14 points, Lauren Jakobs 13 and Huntress 11 for Lake Region. Alison Clark led the Clippers with 12 points.
