PORTLAND (AP) — An airline that offers direct flights from the Portland International Jetport to Florida will offer more flights in April.
The Portland Press Herald reports Portland-based airline Elite Airways is also adding service to Naples.
The company says that the airline’s twice-weekly flights to Orlando Melbourne International Airport in Florida will also go to Naples Municipal Airport starting Feb. 29. Flights to Naples will start at $169 each way.
John Pearsall, the airline’s president, says five additional flights have been added on April 15, 16, 18 and on April 22 and 23.
Elite Airways began offering direct flights to Orlando, Florida in December 2015. Pearsall says the demand has exceeded the company’s expectations.
