1/30 at 9:42 p.m. Matthew Whaley, 53, of South Portland, was arrested on Evans Street by Officer Kevin Sager on a charge of operating under the influence. 

1/31 at 2:16 a.m. Heng Chau, 26, of South Portland, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Caleb Gray on a charge of operating under the influence. 

1/31 at 2:16 a.m. Pavinna Chea, 24, of Falmouth, was arrested on Interstate 295 by Officer Kevin Sager on charges of obstructing government administration and obstructing public ways. 

1/31 at 3:20 p.m. Christian Cunningham, 22, of South Portland, was arrested on Hill Street by Officer Richard Mearn on an outstanding warrant from another agency and a charge of assault. 

2/1 at 3:01 a.m. Gerardo Mendozaanaya, 21, of South Portland, was arrested on Western Avenue by Officer Caleb Gray on charges of operating under the influence and operating without a license. 

2/1 at 4:59 p.m. Elizabeth Nappi, 28, of South Portland, was arrested on Philbrook Avenue by Officer Kevin Sager on outstanding warrants from other agencies and charges of operating with a suspended or revoked license and violating conditions of release.

2/1 at 6:49 p.m. William T. Lafond, 41, of South Portland, was arrested on Herford Avenue by Officer Erin Curry on an outstanding local warrant. 

2/1 at 9:57 p.m. John J. Pettengill, 45, of South Portland, was arrested on Union Street by Officer David Stailing on outstanding warrants from other agencies.
